This indicator shows the value of France’s concessional assistance to Afghanistan’s education sector that was delivered during the reporting period, in millions of US dollars. It covers the sector as a whole and is based on amounts reported by the donor to the Global Partnership for Education, rather than on commitments or forecasts. The calculation includes aid for individual activities and projects, technical cooperation, and sector or budget support; the latter is valued at 20%. The underlying figures come from the Global Partnership for Education dataset.
