Sparbuch ([savings account-]pass book, savings book, bank book)

Auch in: DE FR

Still a popular form of savings in Germany, in which a bank hands the customer a document in the form of a handy ledger in which deposits, withdrawals and the respective account balance are recorded (a small book in ledger form in which all deposits, withdrawals and earnings of a customer’s savings account are recorded), see also § 808 BGB. Due to its low yield, the savings book is not very suitable for large amounts and for long-term investment. It has also been largely displaced by other forms of cashless payment. – See computer payment, chip card, income pursuit, maturity transformation, money, electronic, money cut, money card,
Card, multifunctional, postal savings book, travel credit letter, savings letters, savings booklet, savings rage, savings interest, aunt milly.

Sparbuch ([savings account-]pass book, savings book, bank book)

– Siehe Computerzahlung, Chipkarte, Einkommensstreben, Fristentransformation, Geld, elektronisches, Geldschnitt, Geldkarte,
Karte, multifunktionale, Postsparbuch, Reisekreditbrief, Sparbriefe, Sparheft, Sparwut, Sparzins, Tante Milly.
