Factoring in which the customer waives the right to advance the receivable to the factoring company – the factor. Only when the debtor’s payment has been received does the factor transfer the money to the customer, minus the usual fees. In return, the factor now usually guarantees the receipt of payment if the debtor fails to pay the outstanding amount without a traceable reason. – See Factoring, reverse, Factoring, non-genuine.
