Express loan

A loan that the bank makes available to a private household in special cases – such as: Water damage, car accident, failure of the heating system – a private household immediately or very quickly available. The usual prerequisite is that the bank knows the customer or that the authorities or insurance companies assume liability for the loan, as in the case of floods or other natural disasters.
