Registration fee
A charge in cash, especially in meaning, to obtain – in earlier times, as part of the taxe, a seat in a stagecoach, – to be accepted (matriculated; matriculated) at an institution of higher learning, – to have a motor vehicle officially registered (Switzerland), or – to have a consignment carried by a consignor – as especially by the post office – by way of special care verifiable in writing. – See Fee, Taxe.
