System conflict inherent to financial markets

Auch in: DE FR

Another term for policy delay, also called policy backlog. – In the financial market, two systems of different types (system; system = here: Entirety of individual members that are related to each other and interlock in such a way that they form a purpose-bound unit) meet. These are – the globally networked market, which sets prices every second and even below, on the one hand, and – the regulatory framework by politics in general and by the supervisory authorities in particular, on the other. For many reasons, the political system works slowly, and in democratically constituted states especially so. Because of this diversity, there will always be conflicts (conflicts: tension between these two disparate systems, characterized evidently by a lot of dissimilar elements), just as in the past. – See Supervisory Talks, Capture Theory, Calls for Advice, Financial Market Integration, European, Renationalization.
