Securities Validation Tribunal

An agency established after World War II (1939-1945) and defined in more detail by the Securities Validation Law of August 19, 1949. Its purpose was to separate securities that remained in force from those that were to be declared invalid after the events of the war and Germany’s loss of territory, thereby restoring reliability and confidence in the market. – See Dawes bond, Reichstitel, Young bond.
