Automatic market monitoring procedure used on stock exchanges throughout Europe. On the basis of mathematical-statistical models, indices of conspicuous issues are calculated on an ongoing basis for certain variables in securities trading, especially those that indicate insider transactions. If the threshold values entered are exceeded, a more detailed check is carried out or the supervisory authorities are called in. – There are contradictory statements about the success of the system. Na podstawie modeli matematyczno-statystycznych na bieżąco wyliczane są indeksy koniczności dla określonych wielkości w obrocie papierami wartościowymi, zwłaszcza tych, które wskazują na transakcje insiderów. – Pojawiają się sprzeczne wypowiedzi na temat sukcesu systemu. En cas de dépassement des valeurs seuils saisies, un contrôle plus approfondi est effectué ou les autorités de surveillance sont saisies. – Le succès du système fait l’objet de déclarations contradictoires (contradictory statements).
