Pursuant to § 20 BörsG, a committee may be formed by the competent provincial government to impose a fine on persons who – violate regulations or orders under exchange law which are intended to ensure the orderly conduct of trading on the exchange or the settlement of exchange transactions, or – in connection with their activities on the exchange, violate the right to commercial confidence or the honor of another trading participant. – See agiotage, stock exchange, spreading rumors, credit risk, price manipulation, market manipulation, nominee, pairoff, prearranged trading, scalping, sham transactions, snake trading.
