Investment share (fund share)

Share certificate in the assets of a capital management company. – German legal terminology only uses the term “Anteilschein” in the German Capital Management Companies Act, while the term “investment share” is used in § 1 of the Foreign Investment Act; colloquially, the term “investment trust certificate” is also used. – See registered share. – Cf.
