Interest on minimum reserves
At the ECB, the interest on minimum reserves is equal to the average of the marginal rate of allotment of the Eurosystem’s main refinancing operations over the relevant maintenance period, weighted according to the number of calendar days. – See minimum reserves. – For the level of interest rates, see the annex entitled “Euro area statistics” under the heading “Monetary statistics” in the respective ECB Monthly Bulletin and the “Notes” at the end of the statistical section.
