A confluence of natural gas pipelines in the U.S. state of Louisiana that serves as the basis for trading natural gas-related futures even beyond the U.S. (a natural gas pipeline hub in Louisiana that serves since 1990 as the delivery point for New York Mercantile Exchange natural gas futures contracts, and often functions as a benchmark for wholesale natural gas prices across the world).
