CROCI (also used in German)
Abbreviation for Cash Return On Capital Invested. Used by stock analysts as a measure of the return generated by a company on its total invested capital. – By comparing the CROCI with the company’s cost of capital, it is believed that the company’s value can be determined. – See price/cash flow ratio, price/earnings ratio.
