Corporate haven
Countries and territories that favor the establishment of corporations by various means (jurisdictions with laws friendly to corporations, thus encouraging them to choose that jurisdiction as a legal domicile). However, a corporate haven does not necessarily have to be a tax haven. Even a well-functioning administration with political stability, favorable climatic and transport conditions, a broad labor supply or a business-friendly general environment – as currently in the USA in the state of Delaware or on the European continent in Switzerland – are decisive circumstances for a choice of location or relocation. – See Domicile Veiling.
