Annual financial report

Legal requirement under Section 37 of the German Securities Trading Act (WpHG) for domestic issuers to prepare a report containing the precise information prescribed by law for the end of each financial year and to make this information available to the public no later than four months after the end of each financial year. In addition, the issuer must disclose from which date and at which Internet address (uniform resource locator, URL: also known as web address) this information is publicly accessible. – See financial report.
