Subsidies

In older documents said for aid money of any kind (any gift made by way of financial aid), and especially for – subsidies by the state to enterprises and branches of the economy (government grant to assist a private enterprise or branch) and – financial assistance to a state waging a war (aid in the prosecution of a war), also called succursgeld and Sukkursgeld (support payment). – See scholarship, grant.
