In general, those persons who are authorized to conclude transactions on a stock exchange in accordance with its admission rules. Anyone wishing to buy or sell a commodity (foreign exchange, securities, goods) on the stock exchange must therefore use the services of a person authorized to conclude the transaction. – In Germany, also lead broker company. – See stack of cards, lead broker.
