Special risks arising from the fact that in an area at risk, especially from hurricanes or earthquakes, – a company conducts its operations or – an insurance company has concluded policies on a significant scale (risk that arises when a business operates or an issuer has policies concentrated inside certain geographic areas with feasible damage from a cyclone or an earthquake). – See catastrophe bond.
