Qick Fix (also referred to in German)

Unless otherwise defined, the EU Commission’s amending directive on the introduction of Solvency-II. Originally, Solvency-II was to come into force on November 1, 2012. Quick Fix had postponed the date for national implementation of the directive to June 30, 2013, and the start of application to January 1, 2014. However, due to a number of disputed decision issues, these dates are also considered outdated. – Cf. BaFin Annual Report 2012, p. 59 f.
