Because – more than probably any other sector of the economy – the financial sector is constantly producing new things, – legal regulations are therefore being introduced internationally, EU-wide and nationally accordingly, and – in the course of this, the requirements of the supervisory authorities for the business are also increasing, the professional knowledge of employees in the financial market must be constantly adapted to these developments. Companies in the financial sector in Germany are therefore at the forefront of professional development for their employees. – See stock market games. – Cf. 2012 Annual Report of BaFin, p. 238 (BaFin also trained each of its employees on average over five days in 2012).
