In Internet forums and direct e-mails, people are introduced who allegedly possess such visionary abilities and who usually sell their foreknowledge for a considerable fee. Thereby, from visionary views regarding the market as a whole to predictions about the price of individual stocks, corresponding prophecies are offered. In most – if not all – cases, the deuteroscopes or those who merchandise prophecies of pretended visionary clairvoyants are probably profiteers, whose activities in many cases also serve the purpose of price manipulation.
