Concession store (so also said in German; more rarely license partner and in jargon also light bringer)

In the case of banks, sales branches of partners located in the banking hall or in the vestibules (foyers; foyers), which conduct their business there with their own staff and for their own account. – It is believed that this will increase the appeal of the bank buildings – which are often already off-putting by their architectural design – and of the not infrequently monotonous counter halls for the general clientele. Coming from the department store sector, this form of merging among banks in Germany – in contrast to Switzerland, for example – has so far only sparsely prevailed. At the board level of German banks, it is widely believed that concession stores are detrimental to the image of a financial institution and are a disruptive factor for corporate fashion. – See branding, cobranding map, cross-selling potential, cultural sponsoring, sponsor.
