Accomodation trading
Transactions between brokers based on a price that does not correspond to the price on the stock exchange (a type of trading in which a broker accommodates another by entering into a non-competitive purchase or sale order. An accommodation trade is often executed when two traders are participating in illegal transactions). Many exchange regulations expressly prohibit such transactions.
