Voting rights database (database base of voting rights)

In Germany, the Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin) has set up a public information center on significant voting rights in companies listed on the Official Market. It can be accessed via the institution’s homepage (there: “Databases and Statistics”) and is constantly updated. – See share swap takeover, creep-up, buy-out, acquisition offer, mandatory offer, squeeze-out, voting rights criterion, takeover offer. – Cf.
