Financial sector

In a narrower sense, the banks, insurance companies and capital management companies in a state or economic territory such as the EU. – In a broader sense, it also includes – all institutions serving the arrangement of transactions (trading venues such as stock exchanges), – companies providing ancillary services (such as cash handlers or Internet services providing quotes to the public) and sometimes even – educational institutions for employees.
