Transparency Directive Implementing Regulation (regulating ordinance implementing the transparency directive)

Regulations that came into force in March 2008 in connection with the EU’s Transparency Directive. In the course of this, additional reporting thresholds were introduced for changes in voting rights (3, 15, 20 and 30 percent) and the disclosure requirements were expanded in terms of content and scope. – See Transparency, Transparency requirement. – Cf.
