In older documents a name of abuse especially on questionable advocates. These were also instead of JURIS CONSULTUS (legal scholar) then JURIS TUMULUS (burial mound of law), and instead of JURISPERITI (legal experts) also JURE PERDITI (at the right Zugrunde gegangene) as well as court criers, litigants, war heads, gallows preachers and similar scolded.
