Intangible proceeds (benefits from intangibles)
Value accruing to a company from intangibles that cannot be recognized directly as a cash inflow. Such an increase in value can arise from all subtypes of intangibles. Examples include the improvement of the company’s image through reference clients, the increase in innovative strength through partnerships, or the increase in the expertise of employees through new types of tasks from customers. The precise recording, measurement and valuation of intangible revenues raises many questions that are difficult to answer satisfactorily. – See Cornerstone Investor, decapitalization contribution, goodwill, intangibles, assets, intangible.
