Factoring, reverse factoring
If companies make use of the long credit terms granted to their suppliers, the latter may get into a financial squeeze. To avoid this, the factoring company transfers the corresponding amount to the supplier in advance immediately after the invoice is issued. – See factoring, non-genuine, due date factoring.
