Maximum bid rate

Maximum interest rate at which the ECB’s counterparties may submit bids in variable rate tenders. Bids above any maximum bid rate announced by the ECB are not taken into account. – See also the ECB’s Monthly Bulletin of July 2000, pp. 39 ff.
