The debiting of a
Goods, such as rice, or a group of goods, for example: Foodstuffs with a payment calculated according to – quantity (specific tariff) – weight (tariff on the weight) or – other measure. – The purpose of the measure today is hardly to generate revenue for the state. Rather, the aim is to restrict the export of the goods. As a rule, this is done in order to ensure domestic supplies, primarily of foodstuffs.
