In the language of German supervisory law, loans to related persons and institutions that are to be taken into account when determining a bank’s equity capital in accordance with Section 10 of the German Banking Act (KWG). Section 5 of the Notification Ordinance sets out in detail the manner in which such loans are to be reported to the Federal Financial Supervisory Authority.
