Conflict of interest

Unless otherwise defined, in the case of an institution, the best possible service to a customer on the one hand (benefit for the customer) and the profit opportunities from the relationship with the customer on the other hand (benefit for the institution). – Under the Securities Services Conduct and Organization Ordinance, an institution is required to fully disclose any conflicts of interest. – See Best Execution. – Cf.
