User-friendliness, ease of use, and often – as in English – usability
In the case of banks, the endeavor to ensure that all technical means and methods made available to the customer are as easy to use as possible. In connection with electronic banking, this has become an important corporate goal, and it is becoming increasingly important for competition among institutions. – Linguistically messy and conceptually questionable, ISO 9241 defines usability as “the extent to which a product can be used by specific users in a specific context of use to achieve specific goals effectively, efficiently, and satisfactorily.” – See churn rate, relationship banking, Derby, geomarketing, banking, customer loyalty, McDonaldization, moonlight banking, online banking, local bank, sofa banking.
