Talon (renewal certificate; talon)
A renewal certificate for securities entitling the holder to receive a new series of coupons or dividend coupons upon presentation (presentation: to put before a person for acceptance). – In games, unissued cards or tokens that are not put in until the game is in progress. – See play money, accrued interest, tantes.
