In relation to institutes, the term for the fact of well-rehearsed and smooth group work (teamworking) of individual employees, by means of a structure shaping the interaction in detail; also unflatteringly called “organizational structure” (features of social life, i.e. networks, norms and beliefs, that enable participants to act together more effectively to pursue shared objectives). – See human capital, intangibles.
