Securities that – are fungible in the same class, and – can be traded en masse on stock exchanges or sold to more than twenty customers. – In most cases, no distinction is made in practice between securities (generic term; the generic term: any document evidencing a property right) and securities. – Securities, which are deliverable in the table business – as “effective pieces” (physical securities, actual documents). – The movable property, belongings of a business entity; in this sense, especially in older documents. – See deposit law, papers, table business, title, representability, securities, marketable.
