A list of issuers offered to the public by the German Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin) that are exempt from the obligation to publish a prospectus because they address only private buyers who – have carried out transactions on securities markets on a large scale, – have a securities portfolio worth more than EUR 0.5 billion, or – are professionally active in the financial sector.
