Financing liquidity
The availability of financial resources. It is considered to be dependent on market liquidity, i.e. the ability to carry out large-volume transactions at any time with only a minor impact on prices. – Cf. 2007 Annual Report of the Deutsche Bundesbank, p. 90 (definitions, dependencies during the subprime crisis).
