Financial oncologist (oncologist = a physician specialized in cancer treatment)

In jargon, a term usually used disparagingly to describe a lawyer who acts after the insolvency of a company and ultimately has nothing else in mind than to enrich himself from the bankruptcy at the expense of all (a lawyer, usually a bankruptcy lawyer or creditor rights lawyer, well versed in the laws on debtor-creditorrights matters or shareholder dispute matters, and not unfoundedly viewed by his clients as a snake who uses his knowledge of the law to rip off all involved parties). – See Corporate Undertaker.
