In the case of banks, events of all kinds that – are not directly aimed at acquiring new customers, but – are primarily intended to expand the institution’s name recognition or enhance its reputation, its image. – Examples include art exhibitions in the banking hall, stock market games for school classes or lectures by prominent personalities.
