CLO fund (also referred to in German)
A capital management company that invests exclusively or primarily in collateralized debt obligations. Loans are purchased in order to issue structured bonds on this basis. Repayment of the loans granted is ensured by servicing the loans. – See Vulture Fund. – Cf.
