Blind pool (also used in German)
Unless otherwise defined, this refers to the investment of money in a fund that does not provide any information about the use of the amounts paid in by subscribers. Often, there is no control over the use of the funds at all, and the capital management company often does not have a license either. In many cases, the sums paid in by investors are lost. – See banking regulation paradox, cold calling, avenging angels, shadow banking, underground banking, angle brokers.
