Tuition fee

In Germany today, this term usually refers only to private schools and, more rarely, to universities (tuition fees). In older documents, fees for schools are also called instruction fees. – See Beleggeld, Fremdenschulgeld, Hörergeld, Mofageld, Oppidanengeld, Schreibschulgeld.
