Complex option (also referred to in German as “Complex Option”; less commonly referred to as “Anpassungsmögliche Option”)
An option that includes the possibility, within the term of the contract, of changing two important features, namely – the strike price and/or – the quantity of the underlying asset on which the contract is based, in accordance with agreed conditions. – See European Master Agreement, option, counterparty risk, replacement risk.
