Finished Primary School is an HOI indicator showing the proportion of children who have attained primary education. It describes the extent to which this educational opportunity is achieved in the population covered by the measure. The indicator itself does not adjust for differences associated with circumstances such as household background or place of residence; the distribution of access across such groups is assessed separately in the Human Opportunities Index.
