In the financial world, a derogatory term for people - and especially for big-headed and egotistical politicians and complacent university teachers - who get themselves talked about with lectures and know-it-all suggestions. However, their knowledge of day-to-day business operations with their manifold interdependencies and tax implications is meager at best. There are said to be many of these, especially in Germany.
