Share certificate in the assets of a capital management company. - German legal terminology only uses the term "Anteilschein" in the German Capital Management Companies Act, while the term "investment share" is used in § 1 of the Foreign Investment Act; colloquially, the term "investment trust certificate" is also used. - See registered share. - Cf.
